Boston is my hometown and when FlatoutBread invited me to create a recipe, Boston style, with their amazing products, I could not refuse. I’m a passionate foodie and and creative recipes are a staple in my home. I’ve been blessed with 2 tween girls who have a taste for trying new foods. Marrying healthy and yumminess is no easy feat, but I embrace that challenge daily.

Most days I can create recipes on the fly, but some days I am stumped (raise your hand if you’ve been there). It is on days like these I’m grateful to find recipes on the back of the FlatoutBread. Not only recipes, but great tips are on the package too, and I’m always in need of tips!

Now about that recipe, when I think of Boston food, I always think of Lobster. We are blessed with the ocean here and I cannot imagine a summer without a lobster roll.
Boston Lobster Roll
Ingredients
1 package FlatoutBread Fold It
A head of Boston lettuce (you can use any type you like)
7oz lobster meat (cooked)
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt
Fresh black pepper
Directions:
Spread the mayonnaise over the FlatoutBread Fold It. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Place lobster meat and fold up the bread. You’re done! Eat!
