RECIPE: Spicy Shrimp on Skewers the Hood way! #ad #FastFamilyMeals @hphood

By now you would know that I’m a Hood® Sour Cream ambassador and I’ve been excited to share with you my concoctions with Hood Sour Cream. Today I have for you one of my favorite recipes which also happens to be something you can whip up easily on a weeknight.

Spicy Shrimp on skewers can be easily made for the oven or even cooked on the grill. A little tip if you’re using wooden skewers, especially out on the grill, is to soak them for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

The beauty of the Hood Sour Cream in this recipe is that it tempers the spice so you can be braver than usual. It also adds a richness to the recipe and keeps the shrimp moist. I vouch for always using fresh ingredients but feel free to adapt to your lifestyle. Measuring is not something I usually do but I did here so I could share this with you. There are so many recipes you can create with Hood® Sour Cream and if you have a special one, I would love to hear what it is. We all need to help each other get out healthy fresh meals fast and  by following the Hood Sour Cream’s Fast Family Meals Contest hashtag #FastFamilyMeals you can see what others have been creating.
